RETURNS AND COMPLAINTS POLICY – primeapl.shop
- General Provisions
This Returns and Complaints Policy specifies the rules for returns and the procedure for submitting complaints regarding the purchase of e-books available in the online store primeapl.shop, operated by Primea.
- Right to Withdraw from the Contract
Pursuant to Article 38(13) of the Act of 30 May 2014 on Consumer Rights (Journal of Laws 2014, item 827, as amended), the right to withdraw from a distance contract does not apply to the consumer in relation to contracts for the supply of digital content which is not supplied on a tangible medium, if:
the performance of the service has begun with the consumer’s express consent before the expiry of the withdrawal period, and
the consumer has been informed about the loss of the right to withdraw from the contract.
Therefore, after the download has started or access to the e-book has been obtained, the right to withdraw from the contract expires.
- Returns
The return of an e-book is possible only if the download has not started and access to the file containing the e-book has not been obtained. After the download or access to the digital content has started, returns are not processed.
- Complaints
4.1. The consumer has the right to submit a complaint if the received e-book is defective, damaged, incomplete, or not in accordance with its description.
4.2. Complaints should be submitted electronically to the following e-mail address: primeapl43@gmail.com.
4.3. Complaints are reviewed within 14 business days from the date of their receipt.
4.4. If the complaint is accepted, the customer will receive a corrected version of the e-book or a refund of the purchase price, depending on the nature of the complaint.
